The Main Hall

A Flexible Venue for Events of All Sizes

Claverham Village Hall offers one of the largest event spaces in the local area, with capacity for up to 150 guests.

Whether you're planning a wedding reception, birthday party, community event, conference, meeting, theatre performance or fundraising evening, our hall provides a versatile and affordable space to suit your needs.

The hall's generous floor space is ideal for larger events, including parties, exhibitions, trade fairs and community celebrations.

For events requiring additional capacity, our marquee can also be hired to extend the available space.

Alley Function Room

Our Alley Function Room is ideal for smaller parties, celebrations, meetings and social events, with space for up to 60 guests.

Facilities Include

  • Seating and tables for up to 60 guests

  • Skittle alley, pool table, darts board & projection screen

  • Licensed private bar available for hire

This room can be hired independently or alongside the Main Hall to accommodate larger events.

The Conservatory

Our bright and comfortable conservatory provides an ideal space for smaller gatherings, business meetings, christenings and private celebrations.

During the warmer months, the bifold doors open directly onto the beer garden, creating a relaxed indoor/outdoor space that's perfect for summer events and BBQs.

When the Tannery Bar is not in operation, the conservatory can be hired as a private space, either on its own or as part of a larger venue booking.

The Meeting Room

Our dedicated meeting room provides a professional and comfortable space for business meetings, training sessions and remote working.

Located on the first floor, the room accommodates up to 12 people and includes high-speed broadband, teleconferencing facilities and presentation equipment, making it ideal for both in-person and hybrid meetings.

Whether you're hosting a team meeting, client presentation or simply need a quiet place to work, the space offers a convenient local solution.

The Meeting Room

Kitchen Facility

All room hires include access to the Hall's shared kitchen facilities at no additional cost.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, kettles, tea urns, cutlery, crockery and a selection of cooking utensils, providing everything needed for most events and functions.

As the kitchen may be shared with other hirers, we simply ask that it is left clean and tidy after use.
