It’s that time of year again where we have our Annual General Meeting, and after having to host it online last year we are looking forward to seeing you all in person at the Village Hall.
Nomination for Trustees are now open, and have to be submitted by 16th March 2022. Nominations have to be made by completing the online form here, and have to be proposed and seconded by 2 members who are eligible to vote at the AGM (see below).
The Committee is made up of 8 Trustees, a Chair, Treasure, Secretary and 5 other elected Trustees. There are various roles that need to be filled by the Trustees, including Building and Grounds, Health and Safety, Events and Promotions and Interior Maintenance. One Trustee also has to be appointed as a Director of Claverham Village Enterprises Limited which is our subsidiary company that runs the bar.
To be able to vote at the AGM, you have to be registered by 28th February 2022. The best way to do this is to complete this online form.
