Have your say. |

Claverham Village Hall is for our whole community to use. Not every village is able to boast of such a great venue. The Village Hall Executive Committee is here to ensure that everyone benefits from this enviable facility. So come along, be involved, and take advantage of what is on offer. The AGM was on Wednesday 27th. June. They are trying to start involving the youth of Claverham in activities at the hall, there is table tennis equipment but they need someone to run a club, youngsters please talk to adults in the village and let them know what activities children and the youth group would like at the hall. You can see from the list of regular events that early evenings and Sundays are free! So get thinking, organise activities, and book the hall! |

| Would you like to be more involved in the running of the hall? | ||
As a charity, the hall is run and managed by the Executive Committee, members of which are also the Trustees of the Hall. The committee is agreed each year at the Annual General Meeting where ‘members’ vote for the person they feel is most likely to be able to represent their views and have a valuable contribution to make to decisions about the future of our Village Hall. Claverham Village Hall does not have ‘members’ as such: we have a Register of people eligible to vote and sit on the committee. If you wish to be registered to vote or are interested in becoming a committee member at the next Annual General Meeting, for a printable registration form select either Word or PDF format, complete it and place it in either the post box at the Hall or the special box in the bar, by the 27 March 2007 |
